Mission of The Master's Program

Our mission for the Master's Program organization is "To prepare Christian leaders to change their world and build God's Kingdom through their irresistible lifestyles and influential works of service."

The staff of The Master's Program consists of Christian leaders who have discovered their individual Kingdom callings through The Master's Program and are actively building God's Kingdom in each realm of their life.

Primarily located in Orange County, California, the Master's Program and the Master's Program for Women conducts quarterly classes in cities across the US, at distinguished facilities catering to executive groups. Founded by Bob Shank and in its twelfth year of service, The Master's Program is a not-for-profit organization, a DBA of Priority Living, Inc., a 501(c)-3 corporation. Donations made are tax deductible. Bob created and launched The Master's Program in 1997 to provide strategic life coaching for leaders in God's Kingdom.

Today, hundreds of leaders from North America have completed the program, and hundreds more are currently enrolled in The Master's Program. Bob brings his experience as a business executive, a parachurch leader and a senior pastor into convergence as he provides coaching and consulting to successful business professionals and organizational leaders from the business and nonprofit sectors.
