OUR PROGRAM

The Master’s Program for Women (TMPW) is similar to a graduate program, moving deliberately through a process that brings tools, training, outside resources, peer interaction and real-life examples to maximize the experience with a minimal time commitment.

The Program and Curriculum

  • TMPW cohorts are located across the United States and internationally.
  • TMPW classes meet for 6 hours, once a quarter, in a distraction-free setting.
  • Our Certified Leadership Coaches facilitate the curriculum over twelve sessions.
  • Each class is designed as a selective cohort of women to provide an intimate, interactive and dynamic environment.
  • Participants receive a curriculum notebook and other materials at each session.
  • The curriculum addresses three primary areas essential for leadership impact.
    • Balance: Developing authenticity in your professional, personal and Kingdom relationships.
    • Margin: Using your time, energy, money and creativity in all areas of life.
    • Focus: Learning to leverage Kingdom opportunities that fit your unique calling.
