Master’s Program for Women Leadership Coach
Born to a liberal Hindu family in Delhi, India, Surbhi started searching for the true Living God at 12 years old. “I studied in Christian school and college but no one shared Jesus! I got married to my husband, Praman, in 1987. A Christian cult shared the gospel. Together we accepted Jesus as our personal Saviour in 1990. Cult was soon exposed of their faulty teachings. Later in a vision I saw face of Jesus with Living Waters in His eyes! It was difficult to stop reading my first Bible, as verses kept jumping out”. Surbhi weathered fierce storms in her life from 1991-2008. Through the guidance of the Holy Spirit she came to understand the storms, rise above them and rest on God’s promises. Surbhi joined International church in Delhi in 2000.
Surbhi has worked with her husband in their business of property management and development for 18 years. Their work was based on ethics of honesty and integrity, modelled by Surbhi’s father, a senior Delhi police officer. While Praman’s passion is building homes, Surbhi’s passion lies in praying, sharing Jesus, building up women, young adults and families to advance God’s Kingdom.
Surbhi has written scripts for International Christian Radio program “Women of Hope,” and acts as a counsellor, mentor and prayer advocate for children, young adults and women. She served as the Regional Representative for India and South Asia, with Haggai International Ministry. And currently serves as Country Helper to the International Leadership Developer for India, in Moms in Prayer International Ministry and Faculty with Haggai Ministry to equip Christian leaders for evangelism.
Surbhi’s personal prayer of “Lord what’s next?” led her to attend a class of The Master’s Program for Women, conducted by US leadership team, in Delhi in 2015. With the help of committed coaches, she graduated in 2019. “This program is holistic and transformational, and helped me to decode my unique personality and sharpened my calling. I shifted from counselling to coaching and launched TMPW in Delhi. My prayer and vision, for such a time as this, is to coach Christian women leaders and potential leaders, so they may understand their unique calling and serve God and advance His Kingdom most effectively.”
Surbhi and Praman are blessed with a creative son Vir and precious daughter in love (law) Eva. God has also enlarged her family with precious Sisters in Christ and spiritual children. “I praise God for my husband for releasing Vir and me in full time Ministry. We stand on God’s promises that me and my family will serve the Lord.”
