Master’s Program for Women Leadership Coach
Marcia (Marci) Malzahn is a native of Nicaragua and is a first-generation immigrant in the United States. Her journey as a survivor of several natural disasters and a war gave her the opportunity to see life from several perspectives but most importantly showed her God’s love and protection throughout her life. She started teaching The Master’s Program for Women in Minneapolis in 2014 and has a desire to help women find their Kingdom calling.
Marci is founder and president of Malzahn Strategic, a consulting practice that works with financial institutions that need strategic planning, enterprise risk management, and talent management expertise. Marci is an international professional speaker and speaks frequently at banking conferences and associations as well as leadership and women’s conferences. She also provides online and onsite banking training.
Marci is the author of three books: Devotions for Working Women: A Daily Inspiration to Live a Successful and Balanced Life (2006), The Fire Within: Connect Your Gifts with Your Calling (2015), and The Friendship Book: Because You Matter to Me (2016) also in Spanish El Libro de la Amistad: Porque Tú Me Importas (2017). She plans to publish her next leadership book in 2019.
Marci has long been involved in the community—locally and globally, personally and professionally. She currently serves on the boards of Shine in the World Ministries, inFaith Community Foundation, and United Financials Making a Difference.
Marci is the recipient of several professional awards and has a business management degree from Bethel University, is a certified life coach, and a graduate and faculty of the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, Wisconsin. She lives in Minneapolis, MN with her husband Tim and has two grown children. Marci’s mission in life is to help working people be successful in every area of their lives.
